Why attend the ASTech Awards?
Because NOW more than ever, we need to recognize and celebrate our Finalists’ innovative spirit that drives the Alberta economy forward. The ASTech Awards and NextGen Innovators Showcase is a must-attend event for entrepreneurs, researchers, students and industry leaders. The Awards celebrate the people that are taking on significant challenges and solving real world problems through their ground-breaking work. Check out the most interesting new technology applications in Robotics, Agriculture, Energy, Health, Technology and Student categories and see how the next generation is accelerating through innovation.

- Attractive ticket pricing.
- Dress code: business attire.

New this year, we are looking for two up-and-coming communication students with the talent and drive to co-MC the awards ceremony. If you know of bright and enthusiastic communicators with personable and professional attitudes, we hope to offer them this exciting opportunity to gain experience and network with our fantastic ASTech community.
If you know students who would be interested in this unique opportunity, we would like to get a sense of who they are and how they present themselves. We ask that interested students and alumni please submit a 1-minute video answering the following question to email@example.com.
How would you describe the spirit of innovation in Alberta?
